Troubleshooting

Note: This help system contains standard information, some of which might not apply to your franchise. There might be a help file specific to your Autoline configuration. It could be either in the help system specific to your manufacturer, or displayed when you click the Help button on the relevant form or menu.

File [filename] cannot be opened
Cause: If, when you select any of the options on the Labour Code menu (except Labour times setup), a box displays this or a similarly worded message, it might be that the labour time codes program has not been set up.
Solution: Set up the program.
LTS files not in the C:\ on the PC
Cause: You should not update labour codes if either of the source files are unavailable. Running the update might cause problems if the two do not match.
Solution: Obtain the manufacturer source files then update the labour time code files on your Autoline system
LTS data area full
Cause: There is insufficient space to store all the labour code data.
Solution: Make a note of the error message and contact support to make more space available, if you are unable to do it yourself. Then convert the labour time code files again.
ERROR: (Failed) Import failed or no file available in remote location
Cause: No source file was found on the remote computer.
