Amending an Operation on a Campaign

To amend an operation:

1. From the Manufacturer Systems tab menu, select the Operator tab.

2. Select the Campaign maintenance option.

   The Recall Campaign maintenance form is displayed.

3. Enter the Campaign code.

   Tip: If you do not know the campaign code, click the Ellipse button [...] to search for a campaign by chassis or registration number.

   The details of the campaign are defaulted into the form.

4. Select the Labour tab.

5. Position the cursor over the operation that you want to amend and right click the mouse button.

   The system displays a pop-up menu.

6. Select the Amend option.

   The Item maintenance form is displayed.

7. Amend the RTS code, allowed time or additional text as necessary.

   Tip: If you do not know the RTS code, click the Ellipse button [...] to search for a valid code.

8. Click the Save button.

   The system saves the changes to the campaign.
