The Dealer Communication System (DCS) is browser-based (Netscape) on Vauxhall's intranet, used for submitting and retrieving information between dealerships and Vauxhall. Currently stock order, warranty claim files and parts locator files are transferred from the Autoline system to DCS.
Before you transfer any files to Vauxhall, you must ensure that the Autoline system is set up correctly. This is normally carried out by, or on advice from, a consultant.
