Introduction

DAF have made special parts pricing arrangements with a number of nation-wide customers. Contract price file data is issued on diskette by DAF direct to the customers involved in this arrangement.

To support the agreed prices within the Kerridge Autoline system, the data must be loaded into the Contract Pricing software within Point-of-Sale (POS). Sales Ledger Accounts or discount codes that will use contract pricing must also be identified.

Set-up

Before contract pricing data can be accessed in POS, the following set-up procedures must be performed. This will normally be carried out by, or on advice from, a Kerridge consultant.

• Sales Ledger Accounts: For Contract Pricing SL account records must be updated and Account mapping details supplied to specify which accounts or discount codes can access the special prices
