For recall campaigns, DAF Trucks supply a file to dealers that contains details of factory recalls and the vehicles affected, together with details about the work required. Autoline contains a facility to upload and convert this file.
An interface has been added to the standard Point-of-Sale (POS) functionality to provide a way of identifying any outstanding campaign work against a vehicle. This check is made when a vehicle is identified in POS and loaded onto a WIP either by a search of the Marketing system or by creating a casual customer/vehicle.
Before you can access this data in POS, you must ensure that the Autoline system is set up correctly.
