Uploading a Data File via ISDN

If you receive price file, supersession or VSTG data via ISDN you must upload the data to the Autoline system. You will receive an E-Mail advising that the data has been sent.

To upload a data file via ISDN:

1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the Parts price file menu option.

   The MASTER PARTS PRICE FILE MENU is displayed.

2. Select the Load new pricefile (ISDN) option.

   The Upload Data File via ISDN form is displayed.

3. Select the File type that you want to upload from the following:
   • Price file
   • Supersession
   • Repair Time Schedule (RTS) codes

4. Click the Load button.

   The file is moved and uncompressed on your Autoline system.

   Note: If the upload fails, speak to your Systems Administrator in the first instance.

5. You must now update the changes on your stock file.

6. To make the changes effective on your system ensure that all users log out and then log back in.
