Tip: To use this feature Backoffice mode must be enabled.
When entering this option a grid will be displayed with the following items listed.
This option allows you to optimise various aspects of the deal at once rather than through several individual processes. The ticked values are locked (the values will not be changed) and you can unlock one value which the system should recalculate to get the deal to match the figure you enter in the new value column.
Item: Description of item to be optimised e.g. Cash deposit.
Current value: Current value e.g. 8.5%, 36 months or 313.75.
Lock: A tick indicated this line is locked and will need to be un ticked to amend the value.
New value: New value e.g. 9%, 24 months or 299.99.
Input: Confirms input of a new value change by placing a tick in this field.
Buttons:
Previous: Returns you to the estimate without any changes.
Next: Next will only be enabled once a optimisation result has been calculated. Click next to take the final results entered and then display them on the estimate.
Calculate: Will take calculate any changes made and re display results.
Help: Displays help on the current application in your default company browser.
Tip: As well as the icon/buttons there is also the facility to use menu options at the top of the screen.
