Updating the Stock File from the Price File

A facility is available that allows you to update the prices on the stock file from the master price file. This is normally performed after you have uploaded a new release of data to the Autoline system.

To update the stock file from the price file:

1. From the VOLVO UK OPERATIONS menu, select the Parts price file menu option.

   The MASTER PARTS PRICE FILE MENU is displayed.

2. Select the Update stock from price file option.

   The Stock file update from price file form is displayed.

3. Select the company (or companies) that you want to update.

4. Click the Update button.

   A progress of the update is displayed. When the update is complete, the following message is displayed:

   Stock file updates completed OK

5. Click OK.

   You are returned to the Price file menu.
