The CAS interface collects customer / company data into one or more export files for uploading to the CAS system where the data is checked against the sanction lists, which is maintained on the CAS system. The data can be uploaded to the CAS system using the data server functionality or can be uploaded manually by saving the files first to a local PC.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Marketing > CAS interface.
All options and fields on the CAS Interface form are described as follows:
Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Fields:
CRM Company: Select the CRM company for which to collect data. The CRM company drop down lists all live CRM companies the user has access to.
Note: Collecting and exporting data can only be done for CRM companies for which the CAS interface has been activated.
Record selection:
Select the method to collect the customer / company records.
Note: The option to perform a Delta check will not be available, if a base check has never been performed.
Delta check: Select option Base check, to enter a date and time from which to start to collect customer / company data. All records that have been created or edited after this date and time will be extracted. By default the date and time of the last export will be populated into the Edited from date and time fields.
Edit from date: Enter the date from which to start to collect data.
Edit from time: Enter the time from which to start to collect data on the date seleted.
Base check: Selecting the option Base check, all customer and company records of the selected CRM Company will be extracted into the export file(s). No check is done on creation, edit or CAS dates.
Timed operations, schedule base check:
Next schedule run date: Displays the date the next base check will be done when the export is run in Timed Operations.
Amend button: Select to amend the next scheduled run date.
