Note: Make sure that these parameters are set up for every Marketing company you want use this.
Fields
Save campaign to csv: Select to write CRM campaign letter data to a csv formatted file.
Default separator: Indicates the field separator in the csv file.
DUMMY printer: Identifies the printer which will print the campaign data to a csv file instead of printing the letters directly. To use this printer, choose the Print letters via Print Manager print queue option in the File > Print Menu of the CRM Campaign form. You can select this printer in the list of the Available Print Manager Queues form in CRM Campaigns.
Note: The Print letters via Print Manager print queue option will not be available if you do not have Print Manager set up on your system.
Warning: The Communication type CCAM is also required.
Document view priority: Enter the priority the user must have at least for the CRM module to view the documents.
Vehicle documents base location: Enter the location on the Autoline server on which the documents must be saved when linked to a vehicle record. The directory in this parameter will be extended with the Marketing company number and the Marketing Vehicle Magic number.
Local directory: Enter the local work directory on the client PC where documents are stored when viewing them.
