Smart CRM

Note: Make sure that these parameters are set up for every Marketing company you want to run the Smart CRM Interface.

Fields

Communication type: Set up the communication type that the Export program will use to create the Communication request for the export program.

Dealer code: This parameter identifies the Dealer Code output in the program. It is also used to determine the name of the export file where the name is HM1b.nnnnnn.xxxxx where nnnnnn is the Dealer code as entered in the parameters.

MPC id: This parameter is used to hold the MPC identifier output to the sMD.

CRM franchise code: Defines the short franchise code for smart franchise. This is used to filter the selection of data from the CRM module to ensure that only smart data is exported.
