The CSI Interface collects samples of customer workshop visits and stores this data in an export file. This export file is provided for the MB Communication interface as well as on the executing file.
The interface used to be called BIX but has been renamed into CSI.
Note: Because the Main number, Sub number MB and Sub number Smart can differ per POS company, you have to setup the following parameters per POS company.
Fields
Main number: Type the Main service dealer number for CSI.
Sub number MB: Type the Sub number of MB for this service location.
Sub number Smart: Type the Sub number of Smart for this service location.
