IBIS Interface Parameters

This form contain all the interface parameters needed between Autoline and IBIS (Daimler trategic System for Leasing Contract and Buyback information).

Note: The IBIS interface is using the StarConnect Data Server. Please ensure that the StarConnect Data Server Parameter setup has been done.

After the IBIS interface setup has been done, please setup:

IBIS Interface Parameters Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to + Sales parameters > + IBIS interface parameters > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It enables you to set up the IBIS interface parameters per VSB company.

Fields:

External system ID: Select the External system ID which should be used within this VSB company.

Note: The parameter will be read-only if there is already a mapping between the selected VSB company and a STCDS external system ID. This mapping can be changed in the STCDS external system mapping.

Interface active: Select to activate the interface for the selected VSB company. Activation of this parameter will also start the collection of resale and repurchase information when printing VSB invoice and credit note document.

Online check: Select how the IBIS online check should be done.

ISO country code: Enter the 2 character ISO country code as required by IBIS.

Resale and repurchase information:

Days to purge data: Enter the number of days after which the resale and repurchase information will be deleted from Autoline. Only processed information will be purged.

Recharge damage: Select the Non-recoverable analysis code (P - Z and 1 - 4) which is used as "Wear and tear proceed" costs. Leave empty if these costs are not kept in VSB.

Recharge mileage: Select the Non-recoverable analysis code (P - Z and 1 - 4) which is used as "Over mileage proceed" costs. Leave empty if these costs are not kept in VSB.

Sales type mapping Grid:

The resale and repurchase interface requires a mapping etween the Autoline sales types and the remarketing sales channel in IBIS.

VSB Sales type: Lists all VSB sale types which are available for used vehicles.

IBIS remarketing sales channel: Select the IBIS remarketing sales channel to be mapped to the Autoline sales type.

Note: The dropdown with IBIS remarketing sales channels is pre-set to the list as shown above. Localisation or extension can be done by setting up a customized list of remarketing sales channels in the Mercedes-Benz default table setup. The contents of a table with the name ‘IBIS-SALES’ will overrule the defaults.
