When a demonstrator/courtesy car is returned to a different branch from the one it is taken out, there may be a transfer time involved.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to Service > + Inter Location Transfers > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It maintains the transfer time of demonstrator/courtesy cars between locations.
Grid:
The time taken to transfer from Location [A] to Location [B] is set up in a matrix.
From \ To: Displays the full description of the location.
Branch: Displays the location codes.
[Branch code]: Displays the location codes in the header(s). Enter the transfer time in minutes (up to 3 digits) in the grid-cells. The Loan Vehicle Diary will incorporate additional times, both cleaning and transfer times. The form will display to the time due (return time) + total minutes for cleaning + total minutes for transfer time.
Note: It is possible to set up different times from Location [A] to Location [B], then from Location [B] to location [A].
