The Showroom Print calculation function allows the user to preview, print and export to spreadsheet the estimated cost details of quotations.
To export calculation data to the spreadsheet:
Note: The Export to spreadsheet function is only available within the Showroom module if the Name.xls parameter is set up.
Click the Export into: [Name.xls]
toolbar button or the File > Export to MS Excel menu bar command.
The exportation of the vehicle / costs information into a spreadsheet format is started and the result is displayed.

This form is displayed when you click Showroom > Quotations and click the enquiry you want to start for the customer, for example, New vehicle > Select franchise > Select module > Available Sub-model(s) > Vehicles Matching Criteria Entered > Confirm Vehicle Selection > Accessory Selection - Colour > Accessory Selection - Trim > Accessory Selection - Factory fitted option > Accessory Selection - Dealer option > Specification Confirmation > Purchase Summary > Available Trade-Ins > Customer details > Delivery Information to display the Enquiry builder form and you click the File > Print > Other > Print Calculation menu bar command.

Some details of the print results:
Transaction result 1 = Customer Price - Net price
Margin 1 left value = Transaction result 1 / Customer Price x 100
Margin 1 right value, possible car tax is considered.
Transaction result 2 = (List Price + Discount + Factory Options + Trade-in allowance) - (Cost price + Discount + Factory options + Bonus)
Margin 2 left value = Transaction result 2 / (List price + Discount + Factory Options + Trade-in allowance) x 100
Margin 2 right value, possible car tax is considered
Note: Normally the left and right values of Margin 1 and Margin 2 are equal.
Printer Selection:
Displays a list of the printers that are available for selection.
Buttons:
OK: Accepts the selected printer.
Cancel: Cancels the selection of a printer.
