Maintaining Quality Control Question Types

You can create and maintain Quality Control questionnaire types.

What do you want to do?

• Add a questionnaire type.
• Amend a questionnaire type.
• Delete a questionnaire type.

Question Type Maintenance Form

This form is displayed when you click Point of Sale > Quality control (ISO9002) and click the Question Type Maintenance toolbar button or click the Options > Question Type Maintenance menu bar command.

Grid:

Code: Displays the questionnaire type code.

Description: Displays the description of the questionnaire type.

Buttons:

Exit: Returns you to the ISO9002 Maintenance form.

Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Adding a Questionnaire Type

To add a questionnaire type:

1. On the master menu, select Point of Sale > Quality control (ISO9002), click the Question Type Maintenance toolbar button or click the Options > Question Type Maintenance menu bar command.

   The Question Type Maintenance form is displayed.

2. Click the blank gridline.

   The Question Type Maintenance form is displayed.

3. Enter the fields and click Save.

   Saves the questionnaire type and returns you to the Question Type Maintenance form.

Amending a Questionnaire Type

To amend a questionnaire type:

1. On the master menu, select Point of Sale > Quality control (ISO9002), click the Question Type Maintenance toolbar button or click the Options > Question Type Maintenance menu bar command.

   The Question Type Maintenance form is displayed.

2. Click the gridline concerned.

   The Question Type Maintenance form is displayed.

3. Enter the fields required and click Save.

   Saves the maintained questionnaire type and returns you to the Question Type Maintenance form.

Deleting a Questionnaire Type

To delete a questionnaire type:

1. On the master menu, select Point of Sale > Quality control (ISO9002), click the Question Type Maintenance toolbar button or click the Options > Question Type Maintenance menu bar command.

   The Question Type Maintenance form is displayed.

2. Click the gridline concerned.

   The Question Type Maintenance form is displayed.

3. Click Delete.

   A message is displayed.

4. Click YES.

   Returns you to the Question Type Maintenance form.

Warning: Deleting a questionnaire type also deletes any associated questions.

Question Type Maintenance Form (Detail)

This form is displayed when you click Point of Sale > Quality control (ISO9002), click the Question Type Maintenance toolbar button or click the Options > Question Type Maintenance menu bar command and click a gridline.

Questionnaire type: Enter the questionnaire type code.

Type description: Enter the description of the questionnaire type.

Buttons:

OK: Saves the maintained questionnaire type.

Cancel: Cancels the maintenance of the questionnaire type.

Delete: Deletes the selected questionnaire type.
