The Retail Interface - Import form is displayed after the Interface to CRiS - Import option is selected from the Menu - Retail Interface in the Mercedes-Benz Marketing Main menu.
Fields
Import directory: The location on the Autoline server where the imported files are located. It is possible to change the location manually but these changes are not saved. After changing the Import directory, the import files are retrieved and displayed in the Available files area when you click the Refresh button.
View all: Ticked means that all files of the Import directory are displayed.
Only view 'CRiS' files: Ticked means that files containing CRiS in the filename in the Import directory are displayed.
Available files: Select a file for the options View file, View file with browser and Import. The selected file is highlighted in blue.

The Import Summary Report lists the number of new or updated records that are received, auto updated, withheld for manual processing per import run in the browser. |
| Reports > Error Logging | - | The report generator displays per CRM record the error description. The Retail Interface - error log report lists error descriptions per CRM record, when an error occurs during import of the CRiS import file. Errors are generated if for example mandatory fields are not filled on the CRM records or if the cost centre is not correctly set. |
