CRM Step I Parameters

Before you can use the CRM Step I Interface, you must make sure that you have set up all the parameters. All parameters that must be set up are explained below.

To enter the Mercedes-Benz Parameter program, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the Manufacturer Systems option, combined with company MB.
• Select from the Mercedes-Benz Main menu the Menu - Utilities option.
• Select from the Mercedes-Benz Utilities menu the Parameters option.
• The Mercedes-Benz Parameter Configuration Utility form is opened.

CRM Parameters

To set up the Marketing CRM parameters, you must:

• Select in the Marketing Project parameters area the CRM parameters.
• The CRM parameters must be set-up for every Marketing Company
• Select the Amend button from the Toolbar to change the parameters.
• All CRM parameters on the form are explained.
• Select the Save icon from the Toolbar to save the changes.

Address validation Parameters

To set up the Address validation Interface , you must:

• Select in the Marketing Project parameters area the Address validation parameters.

  Note: The Address validation parameters must be set-up for every Marketing Company and for company MB.

• Select the Amend button from the Toolbar to change the parameters.
• All Address validation parameters on the form are explained.
• Select the Save icon from the Toolbar to save the changes.
