CSI Selection Form

All options and fields on the CSI Selection form are described below.

Menu Bar and Toolbar

Menu bar	Toolbar	Action
File > Exit		Leaves the program and returns to the previous menu.
File > Create selection		Starts the selection process and returns the number of selected records in a separate message. You can use this option when all fields on this form are completed correctly.
File > Print		Prints the selected records. You can use this option if during the selection process record are found.
File > Export selection	-	Export the selected records. A corresponding message is displayed if the export is finished successfully or not. You can use this option if during the selection process record are found.
Help > Context help		Displays, in a web browser, a help page describing the form.
Help > Help about	-	Displays version information of the current program.

Fields

Marketing company: Select the required Marketing company. The Marketing companies which have a company mapping to POS are displayed.

Dealer number: Select the required Dealer number. These Dealer numbers are predefined in the CSI Interface Germany parameters.

Franchise: Select the required Franchise.

Available values

M	Mercedes-Benz (private and commercial)
S	Smart
C	Chrysler

Note: Please make sure that you have verified the Chassis prefixes file.

Model: Select the required Model.

Tip: These model codes are maintained in Model Analysis Codes and can be found in the Miscellaneous Options menu of Franchise Data. This is only necessary when franchise M is selected.

Frequency: Select the required Frequency.

Available values

M	Month
Q	Quarter
H	Half year

Period: Select the required Period of 01 till 12.

Year: Select the required Year. Default: [Current year].

Start date: Type the wanted start date.

End date: Type the wanted end date.

Export data

To export a file

1. Complete the fields on the CSI Selection form.

   If the correct values are entered, you can create the selection.

2. Click Create

   If the selection process runs successfully, you can export the selection.

   A message is displayed.

3. Click OK

4. Click Export

   If the export process runs successfully, a message is displayed.

5. Click OK

Tip: Please check your settings in the Setup, if you receive the message CSI selection not done due to initialisation errors.
