DQ Sensor - Calculation

Data quality sensor (DQ Sensor) periodically scans the CRM database, with the purpose to give a current status of the CRM database as well as a trend over a given time frame.

What do you want to do?

You can use the Data quality sensor of Autoline to monitor the quality of CRM records and make trend analysis over a given time frame. The DQ sensor is divided in five separate categories:

  1. Data uniqueness, identification of duplicated CRM records by Autoline or interface with Fuzzy!Double.

  2. Data correctness, analysis the outcome of the validation of company addresses and/or customer addresses by Fuzzy!Post.

  3. Data completeness, check whether the required user specified CRM records’ fields are filled completely.

  4. Data actuality, analysis of the contact history of customers and companies’ customers.

  5. Potential, interdepartmental check if full potential of every customer is raised.

The quality of the CRM records is determined by running the DQ Sensor - Calculation of the selected measurement categories.

The check of Data uniqueness can be performed in two different ways; either by the data quality analysis of Autoline or Fuzzy!Double’s data uniqueness analysis.

Data correctness is determined by an external software package Fuzzy!Post, which is interfaced in the CRM module. However, Autoline performs the analysis of the data quality. The use and setup of Fuzzy!Post is described in the CRM Step I help files.

Autoline also performs the analysis of data quality for Data completeness, Data actuality and Potential.

The summary of the results is displayed per marketing company in DQ Sensor - Trend analysis. You can get the detailed results by using DQ Sensor - Export results or CRM reports of Mercedes-Benz.
