DQ Sensor - Trend Analysis

To improve and measure data quality at a dealership, you can use Data quality sensor and new options in the Deduplication utility tool.

The Data quality sensor (DQ Sensor) mainly consist of four parts:

If you use Fuzzy!Double you can check data online when adding or updating a CRM record. Scanning the CRM files periodically by Data quality sensor in timed operations is also possible.

DQ Sensor - Trend analysis, displays the data quality analysis per measurement category of the DQ Sensor - Calculation runs.

To analyse the results:

On the master menu, select click Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Marketing > Menu - Data Quality Sensor > DQ Sensor - Trend analysis, or > DQ Sensor - Calculation and click the Trend Analysis toolbar button or click the DQ Sensor > Trend Analysis menu bar command.

In case more than one CRM company exists, the Select MK Company form is displayed.
Select the company required.

The DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form is displayed.
Enter the Filters and click the Analyse toolbar button or click the DQ Sensor > Analyse menu bar command.

The result of the selection is displayed in the Analysis graph.

DQ Sensor Trend Analysis Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Marketing > Menu - Data Quality Sensor > DQ Sensor - Trend analysis, or > DQ Sensor - Calculation and click the Trend Analysis toolbar button or click the DQ Sensor > Trend Analysis menu bar command. In case more than one CRM company exists, the Select MK Company form is displayed. Select the company required and the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form is displayed. It analyses of the results of the DQ Sensor - Calculation run.

Menu Bar and Toolbar

File > Exit		Leaves the program and returns to the menu.
DQ Sensor > Analyse	-	Updates the values with the latest results and displays the Analysis graph in the main body of the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form.
DQ Sensor > Values		Updates the values with the latest results and displays the Values grid in the main body of the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form.
Tools > Settings		Values of maximum time frame and default are set in the DQ Sensor Analysis Settings form.
Tools > Copy to clipboard		Only available when you click the Run toolbar button or click the DQ Sensor > Run menu bar command and the actual values of each analysis are displayed in the Values grid. Copies the content of the Values grid on your clipboard so that you can paste them in other standard documents.

Filters:

In the DQ Sensor - Trend Analysis form you can use five filters, separately form each other or in logical combinations.

Category group: Filters the results on a Category Code.

Measurement category: Filters the results on a single measurement category.

Record type: Filters the results on a single CRM record type; Customer, company or vehicle.

Time frame: Decrease or increase the available data based upon a specific time frame (UoM is months).

Aim of fulfillment: Filters the results on the specified filter value.

** All (No filtering based on the aim of fulfillment)

0 - 0% (Display all categories with the goal of 0%)

1 - 100% (Display all categories with the goal of 100%)

Other (Display all categories with no goal specified)

Analysis Graph:

When you click the Analyse toolbar button or click the DQ Sensor > Analyse menu bar command, the main body of the form a graph with the data selected is displayed.

The Analysis graph is refreshed upon a different selection of the Filter fields.

Values Grid:

When you click the Values toolbar button or click the DQ Sensor > Values menu bar command, the main body of the form changes from a graph to a grid with data.

Measurement category: Displays the measurement category.

Base: Displays the total number of record for customers, companies or vehicles on which the data quality sensor run.

Value (%): Displays the percentage of the total number of records that meets the selection criteria of a certain measurement category.

Result: Displays the total number of records that meets the selection criteria of a certain measurement category.

Date: Displays the date on which the calculation run.

Sequence No.: Displays the unique number of the run.

Sensor Version: Displays what the version of DQ Sensor during the run is.

Values Grid Buttons:

Close: Returns you to the Analysis graph.

DQ Sensor Analysis Settings Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Marketing > Menu - Data Quality Sensor > DQ Sensor - Trend analysis, or > DQ Sensor - Calculation and click the Trend Analysis toolbar button or click the DQ Sensor > Trend Analysis menu bar command. In case more than one CRM company exists, the Select MK Company form is displayed. Select the company required and the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form is displayed. Click the Settings toolbar button or click the Tools > Settings menu bar command. It amends the default value and the range for the field Time frame on the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form.

Maximum time frame: Enter the maximum number of months that is populated the list of the Time frame field on the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form.

Default time frame: Enter the number of months that is defaulted in the Time frame field on the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form.

Buttons:

OK: Saves the settings and returns you to the DQ Sensor Trend Analysis form.
