DQ Sensor - Export Results

To improve and measure data quality at a dealership, you can use Data quality sensor and new options in the Deduplication utility tool.

The Data quality sensor (DQ Sensor) mainly consist of four parts:

  1. DQ Sensor calculation.

  2. DQ Sensor trend analysis.

  3. DQ Sensor export results.

  4. DQ Sensor detailed reporting.

If you use Fuzzy!Double you can check data online when adding or updating a CRM record. Scanning the CRM files periodically by Data quality sensor in timed operations is also possible.

If the DQ Sensor - Calculation produced results, you can export them via the DQ Sensor Export Calculation Results form.

To export the results:

  1. On the master menu, select Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Marketing > Menu - Data Quality Sensor > DQ Sensor - Export Results.

    The DQ Sensor - Export Calculation Results form is displayed.

  2. Click the Create export file toolbar button Export.gif or click the File > Create export file menu bar command.

    In the main body of the DQ Sensor Export Calculation Results form the progress of the run is displayed and a dialog box is displayed.

  3. Click OK.

    Returns you to the DQ Sensor Export Calculation Results form.

Tip: You can setup the DQ Sensor - Export results in Timed operations with module MS and option MSMBDQE.

Tip: Via the MB Communication program you can setup the communication type DQE and enter the module MS, company **, description DQ Sensor Export results, transfer type FTP, remote system type S, remote directory [enter the appropriate directory, for example: the users xfer subdirectory of the server], remote filename / e-mail [for example: test%yy%mm%dd.xml]. Because FTP is selected in the Transfer type field, you need to set up the fields on the FTP tab as well. Enter the remote host [IP address of the server], userid for login [User id of the remote host] and password for login [password of the remote host]. If applicable you can set up an mail address in the CRE Retail interface Ex port e-mail address on the E-mail tab of the Retailer Interface parameters. This mail address is used for multiple functions of Autoline.

DQ Sensor Export Calculation Results Form

This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Marketing > Menu - Data Quality Sensor > DQ Sensor - Export Results. It creates an export of a summery report of the results of DQ Sensor - Calculation run.
