AOI Options Menu

The usage of the standard accounting system can be superseded by the Accounts-Open-Interface (AOI) function, which offers export-facilities that export nominal-ledger transactions generated by the system's standard sales-processes and import-facilities to import sales-ledger account data (debtors) received from the external accounting system.

The import and export function are based upon generic and variable file-layouts in an Excel csv format.

Additional features are available such as:

• Email request to the external-system at accounts-creation.
• Sales ledger transaction inquiry to the external system via URL.
• Full logging of all events performed within the AOI interface.
• Full archive mechanism of exported transactions.
• Full search facility through archived transactions.
• Full recovery in case of calamities.

This menu is only available when System parameter use AOI option is defined.
