Debtor Account Transactions

This form is used to view the debtor account transactions if the external system can provide a list of current transactions (outstanding items) for a selected Debtor account.

Before you can use this function the following needs to be available in CRM features (MK.functs):

Tip: Start the function Generate screens overlay to have the menu-items available in CRM.

In User access control on the Available buttons tab, you can define which user has permission to use these menu-items.

Note: The file(s) containing this debtor transaction information need to be on the system in a separate directory. The link to this directory needs to be defined in the AOI Parameter settings.

To view the Debtor Account Transaction from CRM:

  1. Select AOI account transactions from the Customer options or Company options menu of the Customer Record or Company Record in My Desktop.

    The Debtor account transactions form is displayed with outstanding items of the selected account.

This form is displayed when you open, one of:

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

File > Exit Exit.gif Returns you to the previous form.

Help > Help Help2.gif Displays this Help file in a Web Browser.

Browser:

The header line displays the SL account short name and full name.

Date: Displays the date of the transaction.

Co: Displays the company number of the transaction.

Mod: Displays the module of the transaction.

Document: Displays the document number of the transaction.

Customer reference: Displays the customer reference (name) of the transaction.

Misc reference: Displays the reference text of the transaction.

Original: Displays the original amount of the transaction.

Outstanding: Displays the outstanding amount of the transaction.

A/c total: Displays the total balance of the account.
