C-code are delivered via the confirmation order file and they give information about, for example, supersessions and back orders.
To search condition codes:
Click the File > C-Code actions menu bar command.
The Condition codes actions form is displayed.
Click the ellipsis 
button of the Condition code field.
The Search condition codes form is displayed.
Click the gridline with the required C-Code.
The gridline is highlighted.
Click the Select 
toolbar button or File > Select menu bar command.
The highlighted C-Code is populated on the Condition codes actions form.

> Confirmation order data
> if applicable, Select Company
> File > C-Code actions menu bar command
> the ellipsis button of the Condition code field on the Condition codes actions form.
