This form is displayed on selecting Tools > Grid edit from the menu bar of the Mercedes-Benz parameter configuration utility form. It enables the editing of parameters and controls.
This form is displayed on selecting Tools > Copy control from the menu bar of the Mercedes-Benz parameter configuration utility form. It enables the copying entire parameter records from one company to another.
Warning: This copy function includes no validation. A manual check per project is strongly advised.
Menu Bar and Toolbar:
Menu bar Toolbar Shortcut key Action File > Exit Returns you to the Mercedes-Benz parameter configuration utility form Tools > Copy Creates a new parameter record (for the To company) populated from a copy of the contents of the source record (of the From company) Tools > Refresh F5 Redisplays the form's contents, updated with any changes Help

Company numbers:
From: Company number whose parameter values are to be copied to the parameters of company To
To: Company number whose parameters are to be created, populated with values from the parameters of company From
Company numbers:
File name: Identifies the parameter file represented by the line
Description: Summarises the content and/or function of the parameter file represented by the line
Message: Information and advisories relating to the attempted copy of the parameter file represented by the line, typically in red text indicating that the file cannot be copied
Copy: A tick indicates that the parameter file represented by the line is to be copied
