Access Master price file via the Mercedes - Benz Parts menu
Access Master price via the Mercedes - Benz Service menu
To access the Master price file:
Select from the Main menu the Manufacturer System option, combined with company MB.
The Mercedes-Benz Main Menu is displayed.
Select from the Mercedes-Benz Main Menu, the Menu - Parts option.
The Mercedes-Benz Parts menu is displayed.
Select from the Mercedes - Benz Parts menu, the Master price file option.
The MB Parts price file form is displayed.
To access the Master price file:
Select from the Main menu the Manufacturer System option, combined with company MB.
The Mercedes-Benz Main Menu is displayed.
Select from the Mercedes-Benz Main Menu, the Menu - Service option.
The Mercedes-Benz Service menu is displayed.
Select from the Mercedes - Benz Service menu, the Menu - Standard Files option.
The Mercedes - Benz Standard Files menu is displayed.
Select from the Mercedes - Benz Standard Files menu, the Master price option.
The MB Parts price file form is displayed.
To search a part:
Select the ellipse button to enter the Search function.
When you partly or fully type a number, you can use the Search button to jump directly to the specified parts.
The Search form is displayed.
All available parts are displayed in the manufacturers format, it is also possible to search for part numbers in the sort-sequence format.
Select a part number from the grid to view the complete record.
The selected part is displayed in the MB Parts price file form.
Note: You can also Create, Amend, Delete records in the price file.
When you have selected a part number, you can click Amend to make changes to the price file record.
Edit/view Price values:
Press the F2 button when you are on the MB Parts price file form.
The Price values form is displayed.
All prices of the part are displayed preceded by a currency code.
When the Price file record is in edit-mode, you can also make changes in the Price Values form.
After viewing/changing the price values, you can select the required button that applies to your chosen actions.
Fields
In the Price Values form the Effective date, Retail price, Wholesale price, Vendor List Price (VLP), Vendor Net Price (VNP) or Exchange price are displayed. All prices of the part are displayed preceded by a currency code.
