The Print Picking Slips form prints the picking slips for the selected GRN’s (Goods Received Notes) in one batch.
The following settings are related to the (batch) print picking slip function:
The Automatic update field set to ‘5 - Print picking slips’ and the EOD default terminal id field on the General 1 tab of the Confirmation Orders Parameters
The Picking slip printer field on the Terminal Details tab of the Terminal Details.
The Change status after printing pickingslip, New status after printing pickingslip and Department fields on the Printing Parameters tab of the POS Printing Parameters. The Picking slip printing options setting of the POS Printing Parameters is not applicable for this Print Picking Slips function.
Note: It is possible to print the picking slips manually in the Print Picking Slips form or automatically in Timed Operations when the Confirmation Orders Parameters are set up as following:
The Enable import in the EOD field is selected.
The Automatic update field should contain ‘5 - Print picking slips’.
The Terminal id field is set up.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems (Module) and MB. Mercedes-Benz (Company) > Menu - Parts > Confirmation order data > if applicable, Select Company to display the Order Confirmation Data From Supplier form and you click the File > Print > Picking Slips menu bar command. It lets you select the GRN’s (Goods Received Notes) and print (multiple) picking slips.
Menu Bar and Action:

Grid:
GRN number: Displays the available Goods Received Notes number.
Note: Right-click the gridline to display the GRN Details form.
Print: Click to select or clear for printing.
Tip: To select or clear all available GRN numbers for printing click the Print column header.
Progress indicator (Gauge):
The progress indicator displays the progress of the search and display of all available GRN's in the grid.
