The Synchronous Requests Details form displays the Synchronous data details for the selected data record.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Utilities > StarConnect Data Server > StarConnect data server to display the Communication Module form, you select the required External system ID and Synchronous queue tab and click the File > Edit menu bar command. It displays the Synchronous data details for the selected data record.

Request details:
External system ID: Displays the he GSSN dealer number of the main outlet of the dealer (retailer) for the selected data record.
Communication type: Displays the type of the communication.
System suffix: Displays the suffix ID if the interface require system suffixes. The suffix is used by, for example, MBC POS or XENTRY Portal to make the connection available to the different versions of the backend system. The system suffix is setup within the interface related parameters.
Event: Displays the event of the communication type as configured by the StarConnect Data Server function or any other related topics. For example, CREATE, UPDATE, READ or NOTIFICATION_REQUEST.
Operation: Displays the name of the operation which is triggered.
Business ID: Displays the unique Business ID as specified by the interface. The Business ID is set by the system that is generating the data.
Business version: Displays the business version related to the data received.
Request ID: Displays the unique Request ID within STCDS, generated by Autoline.
Addressee information:
GSSN ID: Displays the GSSN dealer code related to the data (Addressee information). This dealer number is available if the receiving backend system requires this information.
For example, displays the outlet GSSN dealer code to support the data server in delivering requests, initiated by Autoline, to the correct XENTRY Portal instance for the workshop. Only applicable, when multiple Point-of-sale companies are used with the same External System ID and each Point-of-sale company having their own Outlet GSSN ID assigned. This GSSN ID value is not used in case the Outlet GSSN ID parameter is left empty in Autoline. This example effects the following service messages between Autoline and XENTRY Portal pro:

- TransferJobToAsmRequest
- FinishOrderRequest
- GetDmsSettingsRequest
CoFiCo dealer number: Displays the CoFiCo dealer number related to the data (Addressee information). This dealer number is available if the receiving backend system requires this information.
VBET dealer number: Displays the VBET dealer code related to the data (Addressee information). This dealer number is available if the receiving backend system requires this information.
Date and time details:
Request date and time: Displays the date and time that the data request is created by Autoline.
Sent to the STCDS at: Displays the date en time that the request is sent to STCDS.
Response received at: Displays the date and time that the response is received from STCDS.
Request details:
Message data: Displays the name of the request file as it is stored in the synchronous requests record.
Attachment data: Displays the name of the compressed file, used for large file handling, as it is stored in the synchronous requests record.
Response details:
Message data: Displays the name of the response file as it is stored in the synchronous requests record.
Attachment data: Displays the name of the compressed file, used for large file handling, as it is stored in the synchronous requests record.
Status:
Created by: Displays whom initiated the download of the data.
Result code: Displays the result code and description as provided by STCDS when receiving the data.
Last message: Displays the additional information or the explanation of the cause of the error, if applicable.
