The MB-Specifics function has a different form per type of CRM record. Depending on the functions installed the different fields and/or tabs are available or not.

Note: The [MB-Specific] option needs to be made available via CRM features (MK.functs) and User access control.
This form is displayed when you click CRM > My desktop > Vehicle to display the Vehicle form > select the vehicle required and you click the Vehicle options > [MB-Specific] menu bar command. It maintains Mercedes-Benz specific information.
Menu Bar and Action:

Fields:
Vehicle number: The magic number of the CRM record.
Vehicle Description: Description of the vehicle in the CRM module.
Registration number: Registration number of the vehicle.
Chassis number: Chassis number of the vehicle.

EKS Vehicle number: The EKS vehicle record.
Don't transmit to EKS: Select if vehicle information must not be transmitted to EKS.
Vehicle type group: Select from table, vehicle group type.
Vehicle type: Select from table, vehicle type.
Vehicle status: Select from table, vehicle status.
Motor KW: Enter the number of KW’s.
EKS record status: The record status of the vehicle in the EKS program.
Service Contract number: If applicable, enter the Service Contract number.
Number of keys: Displays the number of keys existing for the used vehicle.
Smoker: Displays if the (previous) owner is a smoker.
Note: The Number of keys and Smoker details are available for the Niederlassungen, and entered on the a sub-tab called Misc of the Identity tab of the Vehicle Administration form for a used vehicle. The fields are filled when this VSB used vehicle is linked to CRM.
Additional Vehicle Notes:
Additional notes can be set-up to be printed on the Job order in the Point of sale module.
Jobcard text left: Enter four notes, these texts are stored in the MS.MB.vehic file called JOBTXTR (left texts).
Print: Select if you want to print this note.

Print: Select if you want to print this note.
This tab is available if the Mercedes-Benz CRM Interface parameter is set to DCSEA - CRM Step 3 project DC South East Asia, if the Mercedes-Benz CRM MPC parameter is set to Yes and if the Export DCSEA Retail interface file is available. It gives the possibility to select the dealer(s) that you want to export the MPC customer data to.
Available dealers: The available dealers are set up in the CRM parameters part file (MB.MS.crmp1).
Selected dealers: The selected dealers are saved in the Export DCSEA Retail interface file (MB.MS.dcexp).
