Multiple Offers Found Form
When importing a MBKS - XML offer and there are other showroom offers found with the same offer id as on the XML import file, the Multiple Offers Found form is displayed.

Cancel the MBKS XML import process and returns you to the previous form. |

| Offer > Update offer |
Update the selected offer with the new imported data.
Note: Only showroom offers with a status of Enquiry, Quote or Ordered can be updated. |
| Offer > New offer |
Ignore all existing offers and create a new offer with the imported data. |

| Search > Filter > In progress |
Show all offers that are in progress. |
| Search > Filter > Offers for user [userid] |
Show all offers for the current user. |
| Search > Filter > Search for customer |
Show all offers for the specified customer. By default the cusotmer name found on the XML file is displayed. The value is editable. |
| Search > Filter > Search for vehicle |
Show all offers with the specified vehicle. |
| Search > Filter > Search for order ref. |
Show all offers with the same offer id as on the imported XML file. This is the default option. |

Search using the current selected filter. |

[Filter by]:
The text on the label of the field is defined by the selection made on the Search > Filter menu. The default value is:
Show offers with order ref.: Displays the order reference value to filter on.
Grid:
The grid displayes all offers as per the selected filter. Closed offers are displayed in red text.
Ref.: Reference number of the showroom offer.
Customer: Customer name on the showroom offer.
N/U: New or Used vehicle indicator.
Vehicle (Stk. num): Vehicle description or stock number.
S: Status of the showroom offer.
Last edit: Date when the showroom offer was last edited.
User: User id.
