The National Parts Availability Interface will send a file with all part numbers and their stock quantities to the manufacturer. This file is put on the SPICS system and can be used by dealers to look into each other stock file.
Fields
Dealer branch: The branch number of the dealer must be entered.
SPICS dealer number: Enter the SPICS dealer number.
Note: If the dealer number is not set-up (blanks) then the created file will not be sent to Mercedes.
Phone number: Enter the phone number of the dealer
Town: Enter the town of the dealer
Send full file: Tick if you want to send a full file. If left unticked an update is sent, which takes the last update date in account.
Note: This parameter is the default for the on-line program and the Timed-Operation program.
Last update: The system updates the Last update after the Interface file has been created.
