The Franchise Data parameters must be set up per franchise, when selecting the Franchise Data company, all franchises for which a Franchise Data parameter record is available are displayed.
This parameter record is a mapping table, which maps the Mercedes-Benz option type to the Autoline option type.
Note: This mapping of the Mercedes-Benz option type and the Autoline option type is also used for the MDPLUS franchise data import.
What do you want to do?
You can set up the parameters for every Franchise. Franchises are set up for the main company.
To add a Franchise code record
Select in the preferred company the New icon.
Click Amend.
Complete the Franchise Data parameters.
Select for every Mercedes-Benz option type the Autoline option type from the list and complete the VAT code and Analysis code.
Click Save.
Note: These parameters are used to find the options in franchise data and to set the correct VAT and Analyses codes in case an option cannot be found.
Fields
Type: Select the option type that you want to use in Autoline for this Mercedes-Benz option. This option type is needed to find the option in the Franchise data.
VAT: Indicates the VAT code that is used when an option of this type is created.
Analysis: Indicates the analysis code that is used when a new option is created.
