Per type of usage you can set up the defaults of the trade-in calculation in ranges.
What do you want to do?
Warning: These are the older parameters of the top-down calculation. These cannot be used in comination with the newer parameters. When the newer parameters are set, these newer parameters are used in the top-down calculation. The older parameters are then obsolete.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer systems > MB. Mercedes-Benz > Menu - Utilities > Mercedes-Benz parameters and you browse to Sales parameters > Trade-in Calculation parameters > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It enables you to set up the defaults of the trade-in calculation in ranges per type of usage.
Type of usage: Select the type of usage of the list.
Max Overestimation: Enter the maximum over estimation amount or percentage.
Commission: Enter the commission amount or percentage.
Overhead costs: Enter the overhead costs or percentage.
Planned profit: Enter the planned profit amount or percentage.
Grid:
Usage: Displays the type of usage.
Overestimation (Amount / %): Displays the maximum overestimation amount or percentage.
Commission (Amount / %): Displays the commission amount or percentage.
Overhead (Amount / %): Displays the overhead costs or percentage.
Planned profit (Amount / %): Displays the planned profit amount or percentage.
To insert a trade-in calculation:
Click the New toolbar button.
The parameter record is in edit mode.
Enter the fields Type of usage, Max Overestimation, Commission, Overhead costs and/or Planned profit and click the Save toolbar button.
The new trade-in calculation is displayed in the grid.
To amend a trade-in calculation:
Click on a gridline.
The fields Type of usage, Max Overestimation, Commission, Overhead costs and/or Planned profit are populated with data .
Click the Amend toolbar button.
The fields Type of usage, Max Overestimation, Commission, Overhead costs and/or Planned profit are available for change.
Make the changes required and click the Save button.
The trade-in calculation is displayed in the grid.
To delete a trade-in calculation:
Click on a gridline.
The fields Type of usage, Max Overestimation, Commission, Overhead costs and/or Planned profit are populated with data .
Click the Amend toolbar button.
The fields Type of usage, Max Overestimation, Commission, Overhead costs and/or Planned profit are available for change.
Click the Delete toolbar button.
A message is displayed.
Click Yes
The trade-in calculation is removed from the grid.
