Preview Setup In Showroom

The Preview Setup form defines what is displayed on the document when previewing. The preview settings are defined in the Sales Printing Parameters.

Note: The Preview Setup form is not displayed when the Sales invoice parameters are activated for the selected franchise, and the selected format is not adjusted with the Control Printing of Line Amount in Showroom function.

Preview Setup Form

This form is displayed when you click Showroom > Quotations and click the enquiry you want to start for the customer, for example, New vehicle > Select franchise > Select module > Available Sub-model(s) > Vehicles Matching Criteria Entered > Confirm Vehicle Selection > Accessory Selection - Colour > Accessory Selection - Trim > Accessory Selection - Factory fitted option > Accessory Selection - Dealer option > Specification Confirmation > Purchase Summary > Available Trade-Ins > Customer details > Delivery Information to display the Enquiry builder form and you click the File > Print > Print Quote > Preview menu bar command, or the File > Print > Print Order > Preview menu bar command, or the File > Print > Other > Print others > Preview menu bar command, select a format, and complete the Enquiry Print Information. It defines what is displayed on the document when previewing.

Menu Bar and Toolbar:

Menu bar	Toolbar	Action
File > Close		Returns you to the previous form.
File > Preview		Previews the selected document.

Help > Help		Displays this help topic in a web browser.

Print Standard options on document:

Print all standard options on document: Previews all options.
Do not print standard options on document: Previews only the selected options and skips the standard options.

Note: The Print Standard options on document option is unavailable when the Sales invoice parameters are activated for the selected franchise.

Print Amounts on document:

Print amount exclusive VAT/Car tax on document: Previews the line totals excluding VAT and car tax.
Print amounts inclusive VAT/Car tax on document: Previews the line totals including VAT and car tax.

Suppress option prices: The prices of the options are not previewed at the option level, the total vehicle price is adjusted with the total price of the selected options.

Note: The Print Amounts on document option is unavailable when the selected format is not adjusted with the Control Printing of Line Amount in Showroom function.

Format setup:

Displays the printer used and the document name / description of the selected format.
