When you enter or select a Mercedes-Benz Exchange part in Point-of-sale, the Exchange parts form is displayed when entering the Parts details form. The option selected as the default in the Default action exchange part parameter will be highlighted.
Menu Bar and Action:

Buttons:
Select an action for the return part of part [Part number].
No return: This option does not add a /70* part to the WIP and the Old part returned option on the Part details form will not be selected.
Old part returned: This option adds a /70* part to the WIP and the Old part returned option on the Part details form is selected. If more than one /70* part is available the Select surcharge part form is displayed to select the required /70* part.
Note: If the Parts order status of the exchange part is not P, the /70* part is loaded with the Reminder status as setup in the Reminder status WIP line parameter.
Reminder old part: This option add a /70* part to the WIP and the Old part returned option on the Part details form is selected. If more than one /70* part is available the Select surcharge part form is displayed to select the required /70* part. The /70* part is loaded with the Reminder status as setup in the Reminder status WIP line parameter.
