Environmental charges codes on parts cause environmental charge lines to be generated when you add menus or parts to a WIP in Point-of-Sale.
Note: Before inserting environmental charge codes, you must define part numbers for the different types of charges. Advisable is to create non-franchise parts in the Stock file with the Stock balance item field cleared and the Non-stock item field selected on the Description tab.
What do you want to do?
Note: After inserting environmental charge codes, you must type the Environmental charge code on the Other tab of the Stock file form to link the environmental fee to the concerning part of the Stock Management (SM) company.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer-specific > X1. Generic - After sales > Generic Aftersales parameters and you browse to + Service parameters > + Environmental charges codes > [no. Company name] on the Project parameters browser. It maintains Environmental Charges Codes parameter records for the selected company.
Department code: Select the Point-of-Sale department for which the codes are applicable:

Note: You need to define environmental charges codes per Stock Management (SM) company, per department. This guarantees high flexibility in generating environmental charge lines.
