The Enquiry Builder enables the building up of separate elements of an enquiry without having to go through the normal step by step process. For example, the trade in details could be selected first, followed by the vehicle details, and then customer details.
The interaction with CESAR is the same as using the normal New Vehicle enquiry. When the vehicle details are completed and a new vehicle is selected, the process continues with CESAR being launched in the same way.

CESAR Valid /Exp: CESAR validity status and expiry date

Reservation request: CESAR enables creation of an enquiry on an allocation (production slot), the dealer creating a reservation request on a vehicle already reserved by another dealer, that is, join a waiting list for that vehicle. If the first dealer in the waiting list does not accept the offer, CESAR automatically shifts the offer to the second dealer in the waiting list. If the second dealer in the list does not accept the offer within a time limit, CESAR allocates the offer to the next dealer in the waiting list, and so on.
Wholesale Offer: Offer yet to be accepted by the dealer
