It is possible that Autoline isn't able to open a file that has to be uploaded. In that case double check the name and location of the file.
When the file is in the right place and you have referred to the right name within Autoline, it is possible that Autoline hasn't got enough permission to open the file.
In that case it is not possible to tick the Load column behind the files you would like to load.
Make sure that Autoline has enough permission to upload the file.
When countries work with different languages, all languages are loaded and can be set up depending on the user id in Autoline.
The times and texts files are not updated in Autoline by ASRA when you use the New RTS code Structure. When you use the old structure you must tick a parameter in the MB parameters on the WIS/ASRA tab.
The Local Text file is only used in Asia and it is a separate file which updates the rtsco, Mercedes-Benz RTS text file. See the attached file.
In principle are the formats set per country. Since a user had not enough priority to access the MB parameters (priority 8), this will not occur. But when a user changes the format and uploads a file with a different format, positions will have shifted and the file will make no sense.
Solution: change the format correctly and upload the file again.
