A damagecode, like 0 - 0110904 - 7 exists out of the four elements, which together are a damagecode.
When selecting a damagecode and having the 13 damagecode file structure installed, the program will check if it is possible to use the damagecode with a vehicle which has that baumuster.
On a warrantyclaim, the plausibility check is extended with that check. If the damagecode cannot be used with that baumuster, the claim cannot be submitted to the manufacturer.
