The UVS-In vehicle record grid displays information on each vehicle. It can be filtered to view all vehicles, only those that are correct, or those that have incorrect information. Each record can be amended by double-clicking on it.
This form is displayed when you click Manufacturer Systems > Menu - Sales > Menu - UVS-In > UVS-In interface. It is used to display a list of UVS-In vehicle records. These records can be amended by double-clicking on a cell in a specific record. The record is opened in the UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) Form, where it can be updated.
Selected VSB-company: The current company.
All UVS-In-vehicles: Select to display all UVS-In vehicle records.
To be transmitted and correct: Select to display all vehicle records ready and correct for transmission.
To be transmitted and rejected: Select to display all vehicle records that have incorrect information and will not be transmitted to Mercedes-Benz. These records can be updated by double-clicking on them. This opens the record in the UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) Form.
Grid:
VSB. Number: VSB company number followed by the Vehicle Stock Book number.
Registration number: Registration number of the vehicle.
Chassisnumber: Chassis number of the vehicle.
Modeldesc: Description of the vehicle model.
Color: Colour of the vehicle.
Status: Status of the UVS-In record.
Tx date: Date that the record was transmitted to Mercedes-Benz.
Next: The status the record will change to when transmitted. Records can be transmitted more than once.
YES Pictures are available for this vehicle.
NO Pictures are not available for this vehicle.
DEL Pictures are deleted from the UVS-In database during next UVS-In export. The status is set to DEL if the next status to release is set to V Invoiced or D Delete from UVS-In.
Pics: Indicates if the vehicle has a picture loaded.
Plausibility check: Indicates if the record passed the plausibility check.
Hold: Indicates if a record is on hold. This happens if the record did not pass a plausibility check or you do not wish it to be transmitted.
Buttons:
Ok: Opens a selected vehicle record in the UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) Form.
Exit: Returns you to the previous form.
Help: Displays this help topic in a web browser.
