Select UVS-In Trim/Color Code

Depending on the chosen search Color or Trim this form is displaying the UVS-In codes and descriptions of colors or trims.

To add a options to the vehicle:

1. Click the Color and Options tab on the UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) form.

   The Color and Options tab will be displayed.

2. Click the ellipse button of the UVS-In Colorcode or the UVS-In Trimcode field.

   The Select UVS-In Trim/Color Code form is displayed.

3. Click a option to select it and click OK.

   The UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) form is displayed again with the option added to the field concerned.

4. Click File > Save and Exit or .

   The record is saved to the UVS-In database.

Select UVS-In Trim/Color Code Form

The Assign UVS-In options form can be displayed via Vehicle Stockbooks or via Manufacturer Systems:

• Click Vehicle stockbooks > [no. Company name] > Vehicle administration > File > Vehicle > Used Vehicle stock followed by File > Open select the used vehicle you require and click File > Load. The Vehicle Administration form will be redisplayed with the used vehicle details in the form fields. Click Franchise > Additional Details. The UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) form is displayed and click on the Color and Options tab. Click the ellipse button of the UVS-In Colorcode or the UVS-In Trimcode field. The Select UVS-In Trim/Color Code form is displayed.

• Or, click Manufacturer Systems > Menu - Sales > Menu - UVS-In > UVS-In interface, select the gridline of the vehicle required and click OK. The UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) form is displayed and click on the Color and Options tab. Click the ellipse button of the UVS-In Colorcode or the UVS-In Trimcode field. The Select UVS-In Trim/Color Code form is displayed.

• UVS-In COLOR-Code table. Select correct code directly form the grid, or keyin a search-criteria to look-up the correct code.

• UVS-In TRIM-Code table. Select correct code directly form the grid, or keyin a search-criteria to look-up the correct code.

Grid:

UVS-In CODE: Indicates the UVS-In option code.

COLORDESCRIPTION or TRIMDESCRIPTION: Indicates the description of the option code.

Buttons:

OK: Returns to the UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) form and adds the selected code to the field concerned.

Cancel: Returns to the UVS-In (Used Vehicle Suite) form.
