The whole system will be set-up by consultants who will know exactly what to do. If you will ask them, they will be happy to help you.
In order to check if all the parameters are correctly set up, the Autoline system has a very useful check facility.
To access the Interface Check Utility:
From the Mercedes-Benz Main Menu, select the Menu-Utilities option.
The Mercedes-Benz Utilities menu is displayed.
Select the Interface Check Utility option.
In the screen dispayed, first select the Available Interface.
Enter your User id and Company.
Select the Test button.
The Interface Check Utility checks all the parameters for the interface you chose and gives you a log.
Note: It is possible to create a log file. This file is stored on the server. It is then possible to access the checkfile from a distance.
Note: When you press the Test button, the command line from the parameters is executed. If the parameters are correctly set-up, the interface is started.
