End of Day routine

It is possible to run the Batch conversion VIN - FIN program in the End of Day routine. In that case the End of Day routine will run the program for you and will print out the vehicles that have been changed. To set up the End of Day routine, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the System Utilities menu.
• Select from the System Utilities menu the Timed Operations option.
• Select from the Timed Operations menu the Configure Schedule option.
• The Timed Operations Schedule form is displayed.
• Select in the Module for available options area Module MS from the table. All programs that can be run in the End of Day routine are displayed in the grid.
• Select from the grid the line with option MSMBMCV - Convert MCC Vin number, select the Frequency from the Scheduled options by frequency area and select the Add button from the form.
• Complete the Scheduling information form and select the OK button to save the changes.
• Select from the Timed Operations Schedule form the OK button.

Vehicles from which the chassisnumber has been converted by the program in the End of Day routine will be printed.
