Performed Based Salary form

The Performed Based Salary form displays the Labour lines on the WIP, their status and if they can be exported to the PBS program.

Mode

• Labour line valuation: It is possible to add the PBS times per labour line or per WIP, select what radio button is applicable. This choice between Labour line valuation and WIP line valuation can be done onces per WIP.
• Wip line valuation: It is possible to add the PBS times per labour line or per WIP, select what radio button is applicable.

Fields on the screen

• RTS line: The RTS line number of the labour line on the WIP.
• RTS-code: The RTS code of labour line
• Description: The description of the RTS code
• Load status: The Load status of the labour line
• PBS: This column is ticked when the labourline has the PBS box on the Labour Details screen ticked.
• Date completed: Date when the labour line was complated
• Time allowed in Arbeits werte: Time allowed on the labourline
• Team: Team attached to the labour line
• Date valuated:Date when the PBS time was attached to the labourline
• PBS taken: PBS time attached to the labour line
• Hours in Arbeits werte: Time in arbeits werte exported to PBS

Totals

• Total time on WIP allowed: Total allowed time on the WIP.
• Total time on WIP PBS indicated: Total allowed time from PBS labour lines
• Total time on WIP completed: Total allowed time on wips completed
• Total time on WIP PBS completed:Total allowed time on WIP from PBS labour lines
• Total in PBS allowed: Total in PBS allowed
• Total in PBS exported: Total in PBS exported

File menu

• Save to PBS file: When selecting the Save to PBS file option, the WIP and labour line details are saved to be exported.
• Apply a default to PBS: Selecting the apply a default to PBS, will generate the PBS times.
• Check on discrepancies: The Check on discrepancies will check if a the PBS times are completed without any errors.
• Exit without saving: Exit the PBS screen without saving the changes.

Edit menu

• Add / insert line: Add or insert a line from the PBS system, it is also possible to press the F2 function key.
• Remove line: Remove a line from the PBS system, select the line that you want to remove. (Function key F3).
• Change line: Select the line that you want to change and select the Change line option from the Edit menu or use the F1 function key.
• Reverse / unreverse line: When having the PBS times attached, it is possible to reverse and unreverse the line on the PBS screen. (Function key F4).

• Save to PBS file: When selecting the Save to PBS file option, the WIP and labour line details are saved to be exported.
• Apply a default to PBS:Selecting the apply a default to PBS, will generate the PBS times.
• Check on discrepanties: The Check on discrepancies will check if a the PBS times are completed without any errors.
• Exit without saving: Exit the PBS screen without saving the changes. Save to PBS file and export: Save and export the labour lines to the PBS file and export them.
