PBS Team Mapping file

A PBS team mapping file is created to be able to map the mechanics from the Workshop Loading module to PBS teams instead of using the Workshop Loading module teams in PBS because these two might differ. To set up the PBS team mapping file, you must:

• Select from the Main menu the Country Specifis menu option, together with company Germany.
• Select from the Country Specific - German Specifics menu the PBS team mapping option.
• The PBS time mapping team file form is opened.
• To create a new mapping file, select the Insert row option from the right click menu.
• Enter the Mechanic number from the Workshop Loading module, the second field is the PBS team, the third field the description of the mechanic.
• Save the record.
