To calculate the new Retailprices for the parts in the pricefile, you must:
When wanted, sort the result with help of the two criteria at the top of the screen.
It is also possible to select the Analyse new local prices icon from the Toolbar.
The program runs through the pricefile and calculates the new retail prices with help of the settings on the calculation groups.
A left-click of the mouse on a line and you will see the individual parts that are in the displayed group.
Explanation of the Detailed Retail price information screen:
Partnumber : Number of the part.
Desciption : Desciption of the part.
Calculation group : Calculation group of the part.
Base costprice : This is the cost price of the part.
Duty costs :These are the duty cost that are set in the parameters.
Marge % : This is the marge that is added to the costprice, the figure is set in the parameters.
New retail price : This is the new calculated retail price.
Old retail price : This is the retail price the part had before.
Difference : The difference in percentage between the old and newretail price.
New retail local currency : The new retail price in local currency, currency is set in the parameters.
When you double click on a part line now, the Individual Part Data screen is opened. This screen gives the possibility to exclude parts from update or set the Retailprice manual.
Partnumber : Number of the part.
Description : Description of the part.
Vendor price : The paid cost price.
Custom duty : Used when custom duty has to be payed, can be setup in the parameters.
Current retail price : Current retail price of the part.
Next retail price : Calculated retail price.
Next retail price in local currency : Next retail price multiplied by the local currency, currency can be setup in the parameters, field is editable in combination with the Retail price is manually set, do not recalculate..
Calculation group : Calculation group, can be setup in the parameters.
Actions for this part:
Retail price manually set, do not recalculate : When ticked, the retail price will not be recalculated.
Exclude for export into local retail pricefile : When ticked, this part is excluded for export.
Exclude for update retail price into stock : When ticked, this part is not updated in the stockfile.
Skip this part : When ticked, the part is skipped.
