National Parts Avalability

This program is created to give Mercedes-Benz and the dealers to see what and how many parts every dealer has in stock.

Modules involved

The modules used in this program are shown underneath.

Stock Management

In this module the stock is kept. The data that is send off is from the Stock Management module.

Manufacturer systems

The National Parts Availability program that will send of the data will reside in the Manufacturer System module. Also the parameter settings are stored in the Manufacturer Systems module.

System Utilities

This module contains the program that will execute the program in the background on a certain time.

To enter the National Parts Avalability program, you must:

Use the National Parts Avalability

To create a National Parts Availabilty file, you must:

Choose what data you send to Mercedes-Benz, your whole stockfile or just the stock movements.

By ticking the Send and Only parts with stockmovement fields, you can choose between sending the file for this company, in case there are more stock companies present and choose between sending the whole stockfile or only the movements.

To create a National Parts Availability file, select the OK button.

During the creation of the file, the progress bar shows the progress. When the file is created, you automatically leave the program and return to the Parts menu.

The file must be send to Mercedes-Benz now. This is done via the Communication module.
