Loading order confirmations

Before you can Link the line from the order confirmation file to Putchase Control, you have to load the file into Autoline.

To load an orderfile you must:

• Select the File menu and select the Import option.

  Now a screen is opened which gives you the choise between loading a file from the Server or from the Local Drive .

• Make a choise between loading a file from the server or Local drive.

  Now the program is searching the orderfile. In case the file is on your local computer, you can select the file from a screen.

• Select the file you want to upload in the Order confirmation program and press the OK button.

  Now the file is loaded into the program.

Note : It is possible to load the order confirmation file in End of Day.
