Update times from ASRA

It is possible to update the times from ASRA. This can also be done in two situations. The first one is updating a time when selecting a labout item in Autoline. The second option is updating a time when the line is already on the WIP.

Update the allowed time while selecting labour

To update the allowed time while selecting the labour, you must:

• Select the Search button at the right of the WIP to search for a new product.

• Select from the menu the labour option

  The Search RTS codes screen is opened.

• Select the labourline.

• To update the allowed time, press the ASRA button on the right of the Search RTS codes screen.

  Now the Allowed time is retrieved from ASRA and the labourline is updated.

Update the allowed time from ASRA

To update the allowed time from labour that is already on the WIP, you must:

• Instead of selecting the ASRA button, select the Overall button in the Point of Sale screen.

  Now the Mercedes-Benz Overall View form with three tabpages is opened.

• Select the WIS / ASRA tab page.

  On this tab page, the labour lines from the WIP are displayed. When you select a labour line, the buttons on the right become active.

• When you select the Allowed Time button, the system retrieves the allowed time from ASRA and updates the labourline.
